Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 12, 2026
SurveyQueen wants everyone to be able to use www.surveyqueen.com and go.surveyqueen.com, including people with disabilities.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. We test pages with automated tools and by hand, including keyboard-only use, screen readers and phone screens from 320 pixels wide.
What we do
- Every form field has a label, and errors are explained in text next to the field.
- All features work with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Information is never shown by color alone.
- Text meets contrast guidelines and can be enlarged without breaking the page.
- Pages work on phones, tablets and computers.
Known limitations
Some provider websites we link to are run by other companies. We don't control their accessibility; please contact them directly about their sites.
Report a barrier
If something on SurveyQueen is hard to use, email surveyqueenteam@gmail.com with the subject "Accessibility". Please include the page address and what happened. We'll reply within 5 business days and work to fix the problem or give you the information another way.
