Corrections policy
Panel terms, reward ranges, payout thresholds and redemption options change frequently. When something we publish is wrong or out of date, we want to know.
Published corrections
Pinecone Research review — September 5, 2026
We had published a flat $3 reward per survey, a $3 redemption minimum and PayPal as a payout method. Those figures could not be re-confirmed against Pinecone's current published information, so they have been withdrawn from the review rather than left standing, and the page now carries a re-verification notice. Pinecone has also been removed from the homepage's featured reviews until its current terms are verified.

What happens next
An editor reviews every correction request. We check the claim against current provider documentation and our own records, and reply to the sender when a contact address is provided.
Confirmed material errors — payout figures, thresholds, eligibility, redemption methods, safety claims — are corrected and the article's last-reviewed date is updated. Significant corrections may be noted on the affected page so readers can see what changed.
Routine refreshes, such as a provider raising its minimum redemption, are treated as updates rather than corrections and are reflected in the last-reviewed date.
Requests we cannot action
We do not remove or soften accurate findings at a provider's request, and a commercial relationship does not entitle a provider to a change. We are happy to publish a provider's response alongside a disputed finding when it is supplied in writing.
