Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SurveyQueen, including our guides, reviews, comparisons, email services and offer finder.

SurveyQueen is owned and operated by NetFusion Media, Inc. (“SurveyQueen,” “we,” “us” or “our”).

By accessing or using SurveyQueen, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or its services.

Our service

SurveyQueen is an independent publisher of original guides, reviews, comparisons and educational information concerning third-party survey panels and related opportunities.

We also provide an offer finder that may organise available third-party opportunities using preferences supplied by visitors.

SurveyQueen is not a survey panel and does not:

• Issue surveys
• Employ visitors
• Administer government programs
• Provide grants or financial assistance
• Make final eligibility decisions
• Guarantee panel acceptance
• Control survey or work availability
• Maintain third-party account balances
• Approve or pay third-party rewards
• Guarantee work, funding, rewards or income

Third-party providers control their own registration, eligibility, participation, verification, reward, account and payment processes.

No SurveyQueen account

SurveyQueen does not create user accounts, log-ins or balances. When you use the offer finder you submit a profile — contact details and preference answers — which we use to organise third-party opportunities and, where you have separately asked for it, to send email.

Any account you hold is with a third-party provider. We cannot open, close, suspend or restore an account on another company's platform. To stop receiving our email, use the unsubscribe link in any message. To request deletion of the profile you submitted, contact us at hello@surveyqueen.com.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the offer finder or submit personal information through it. Our editorial pages may be read by a broader audience, but they are not directed to children.

By submitting information through the offer finder you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You are submitting your own information.
• You have authority to provide that information.

We may restrict or discontinue access when we reasonably believe the service is being misused. Each third-party provider sets its own minimum-age and eligibility rules, which may differ from ours.

Editorial content

Our guides and reviews are provided for general informational purposes. We aim to publish accurate and useful information, but:

• Provider terms may change.
• Offers may expire.
• Reward amounts may vary.
• Survey availability may change.
• Eligibility may differ between participants.
• Payout thresholds and processing times may change.
• Information may become outdated after publication.

An article's publication or updated date does not guarantee that every third-party detail remains current afterwards. Verify material information directly with the relevant provider before registering, supplying personal information or relying on an offer.

Reviews and ratings

Our reviews and ratings are editorial opinions based on the methods and information described in our methodology. Sources may include documented first-hand testing, official provider documentation, published terms and policies, provider communications and original SurveyQueen analysis. Figures may be observed ranges from our own records or information published by the provider, and each review says which.

A review or rating does not guarantee that another user will have the same experience. Commercial relationships do not determine our editorial ratings, factual findings or review conclusions.

Offer finder

The offer finder may use visitor-selected preferences and other permitted information to organise available third-party opportunities. Factors may include opportunity interests, general geographic availability, reward preferences, time preferences, device preferences, published provider requirements, provider quality, offer availability and commercial performance.

Offer-finder results are informational recommendations. They are not:

• Guaranteed matches
• Eligibility determinations or approvals
• Offers of employment or credit
• Grant awards
• Guarantees of rewards or income
• Individualised legal, tax or financial advice

We may not display every provider or opportunity available in the market.

Third-party services

SurveyQueen contains links to third-party websites, panels, platforms, advertisers, assistance resources and other services. When you leave SurveyQueen:

• The third party's terms and privacy policy apply.
• The third party may collect information directly from you.
• We do not control the third party's service.
• We cannot guarantee the accuracy, availability, security or suitability of the third-party service.

A link or review does not mean that the provider endorses SurveyQueen or has approved our editorial content. You are responsible for reviewing a provider's current terms, privacy practices, eligibility requirements, costs and reward conditions before participating.

Disputes concerning a third-party account, survey, reward, payment, suspension or service must generally be directed to that provider.

Financial-assistance information

We may provide information or links concerning benefits, scholarships, assistance programs, grants or funding resources. We do not administer these programs, determine eligibility, prepare or submit applications, provide funds, guarantee approval or guarantee that a program remains available.

Verify government-related information through the relevant official agency. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank information, payment-card details, medical records or government identification to SurveyQueen unless we expressly provide a secure, appropriate process and explain why the information is required.

Advertising and referral relationships

SurveyQueen may earn revenue from:

• Display advertising
• Paid referral links
• Affiliate relationships
• Clearly labelled sponsored placements, if offered

We may receive compensation when a visitor clicks, registers or completes another qualifying action through certain links. Commercial performance may affect which eligible commercial offers appear in the offer finder, or their ordering. It does not change our editorial review ratings or conclusions. Paid referral links and sponsored placements are labelled where they appear.

Email communications

If you separately choose to receive email from SurveyQueen, we may send requested results, editorial updates, panel recommendations, promotional opportunities and service-related communications.

Marketing consent is presented separately from acceptance of these Terms: accepting the Terms does not subscribe you to marketing email. You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the method included in the message. Unsubscribing does not prevent necessary responses concerning privacy requests, security matters or another transaction you specifically requested.

Submitted information and privacy

Our collection, use, disclosure and retention of personal information are described in our Privacy and Cookie Policy. By submitting the offer-finder form you acknowledge that you have received that policy; acceptance of these Terms and consent to marketing are recorded separately.

Your responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use SurveyQueen unlawfully
• Provide another person's information without authority
• Misrepresent your identity to us
• Interfere with the operation or security of the site
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
• Introduce malicious code
• Scrape or extract content in violation of applicable law or these Terms
• Circumvent technical restrictions
• Manipulate advertising or affiliate attribution
• Generate fraudulent or invalid clicks, registrations or traffic
• Use bots or automated systems to abuse the offer finder
• Reproduce or commercially exploit our content without permission
• Impersonate SurveyQueen or a third-party provider
• Use the service to violate another person's rights

We do not monitor or control responses that users submit directly to third-party panels. Conduct on a panel is governed by that panel's own terms.

Intellectual property

Our original text, reviews, ratings, graphics, branding, layout, compilations and other protected materials are owned by NetFusion Media, Inc. or used under licence. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Unless permitted by law or authorised in writing, you may not republish substantial portions of our content, sell or licence it, remove ownership notices, create misleading derivative versions, use our branding to imply endorsement, reproduce our review database commercially, or train or operate a commercial content service using protected SurveyQueen materials where such a restriction is legally enforceable.

Third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.

Feedback, corrections and communications

If you submit feedback or a correction, you grant us permission to use the supplied information to investigate and improve the relevant content. You retain ownership of original material you submit. Do not send confidential information unless requested through an appropriate secure channel. Submitting a support request, correction or privacy inquiry does not subscribe you to promotional email.

Availability and changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue any portion of SurveyQueen. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available, that every offer will remain active, that every external link will continue working, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We may remove an offer or review when a provider closes, changes materially, fails quality checks or no longer fits our editorial or commercial requirements.

Suspension of access

We may restrict access to our own services when a user violates these Terms, attempts to compromise the site, generates fraudulent or invalid traffic, misuses advertising or referral systems, uses automation to abuse the offer finder, or creates security or legal risk.

Because SurveyQueen does not maintain user accounts, this does not involve closing an account, and we cannot close or restore an account you hold with a third-party panel.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SurveyQueen is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. NetFusion Media, Inc. does not warrant that the site will always be available, that information will always be complete or current, that a visitor will qualify for an opportunity, that a provider will accept a visitor, that a reward will be earned, that a payment will be made, or that a particular result will occur.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NetFusion Media, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of SurveyQueen or of a third-party provider.

Any liability cap, exclusions, indemnification obligations, governing law, venue and dispute-resolution process applicable to these Terms are being finalised with counsel and will be published here before they are relied upon. Until then, no arbitration requirement or class-action waiver applies, and nothing in this section limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, business practices or law. When we make a substantive change we will update the “Last updated” date, increment the version shown at the top of this page and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after an effective change constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law; where affirmative acceptance is legally required, we will ask for it at the point of submission.
