Privacy and Cookie Policy
Effective date: September 3, 2026
Last updated: September 3, 2026
This Privacy and Cookie Policy explains how NetFusion Media, Inc. doing business as SurveyQueen (“SurveyQueen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses and retains information when you visit the site, read our guides and reviews, use our offer finder, subscribe to email, follow a link to a third-party provider, contact us, or exercise a privacy right.
SurveyQueen is an independent publisher and offer-discovery service. We do not operate the third-party survey panels, research platforms, reward services or assistance resources displayed on the site, and we do not create member accounts, run surveys, or pay rewards ourselves.
Information you provide
Contact and signup information
When you use the offer finder we collect the email address you submit, your first and last name, your ZIP code, gender, and your year of birth. We ask for a year of birth rather than a full date of birth. We never ask for a Social Security number, bank-account credentials, payment-card details or government identification, and you should not send those to us.
Questionnaire and preference information
The offer finder asks a short set of questions, which currently cover the kinds of opportunities that interest you, your preferred reward methods, how much time you want to spend, the device you use, and — where relevant — the assistance categories you are interested in. How those answers are handled:
- They are sent to our servers and stored in our database.
- They are stored against the anonymous session identifier for your visit, and linked to the email address you submitted once your signup is complete.
- They are retained after your session so your results can be rebuilt and so we can measure which questions improve matching.
- They are used to filter and order the third-party offers shown to you, and may be used to tailor follow-up email you have consented to receive.
- They are not sold, and they are not sent to advertising or analytics platforms.
Offer-finder results are not eligibility determinations or approvals. Only the third-party provider decides whether you are accepted.
Communications
When you contact us we collect your email address, the subject of the inquiry, the message contents, any supporting information you send, and records of our response. Submitting a correction, support inquiry or privacy request does not subscribe you to marketing email.
Information collected automatically
When you use SurveyQueen, we and our authorized providers may automatically collect: IP address; browser type; device type and operating system; approximate location derived from IP address (country-level); referring page; pages viewed; links clicked; session identifiers; campaign and publisher parameters (including aid, s1, s2, s3 and click identifiers); affiliate parameters; date and time of activity; cookie and consent choices; error and performance information; and your interaction with the questionnaire and offer results.
Some of this information is used for security and invalid-traffic detection — for example bot signals, form-interaction timing, and request-rate checks — so we can reject automated or fraudulent submissions. We do not send email addresses or names to advertising or analytics platforms.

SurveyQueen does not use offer-finder answers to guarantee eligibility, acceptance, funding, work, rewards or income.
Email communications
If you submit your email address through the offer finder, we may send you your results, new guide and review notifications, panel recommendations, payout or offer updates, and promotional opportunities from third-party providers. Email is delivered through GetResponse, which records your subscription, delivery, opens and clicks on our behalf. We currently use single opt-in: the address you submit is added to our list at the point of submission, and the consent language shown above the submit button is the consent we rely on.
Every commercial email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from promotional email does not prevent us from replying to a privacy request, security matter or other transaction you specifically requested.
Offer finder
The offer finder organizes third-party opportunities using factors that may include the preferences you select, general geographic availability, published provider requirements, device and reward-method compatibility, time preferences, provider quality, current offer availability, and commercial performance. It does not determine whether a provider will accept you.
What we transmit to providers
This is important, and it is specific to how our service works. Some offers are configured to open the provider’s form pre-filled. Where that is enabled for a particular offer, when you click through we pass information you already gave us — which may include your email address, first and last name, ZIP code, gender and year of birth — to that provider in the outbound link, together with anonymous session, click, offer and campaign identifiers.
In addition, before showing certain offers we may send a real-time request to the provider or its network asking whether it will accept a visitor with your general profile and what it pays. That request may include the same profile fields. The recipients are the offer providers and affiliate networks we work with; the purpose is to pre-fill their registration form and to avoid showing offers you cannot use; the timing is at the moment an offer is prepared or clicked; and the legal basis is the consent you give above the submit button on the signup form, where the data-sharing disclosure appears. If you do not want your details shared with providers, do not submit the offer-finder form — you can still read every guide and review on the site.
Once you reach a provider’s site, that provider collects information directly from you under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.
Affiliate links and attribution
Some links are paid referral links. SurveyQueen may receive compensation when a visitor clicks, registers or completes another qualifying action. Affiliate and tracking links may contain anonymous session identifiers, offer identifiers, placement identifiers, campaign and publisher identifiers, and experiment variants. Where an offer is configured for pre-fill, the outbound link may also carry the profile fields described in the section above; where it is not, the link carries only anonymous identifiers.
Affiliate networks and providers may independently collect information after you follow a link. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies. See also our advertising disclosure.
How we disclose information
We disclose information to the following categories of recipients when necessary:
- Hosting and infrastructure: Lovable Cloud (Supabase database, authentication and storage) and Cloudflare (edge delivery and security).
- Email: GetResponse, which stores subscriber records and delivers requested results and marketing email.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4, loaded through a first-party endpoint on our own domain, and only after consent where consent is required.
- Advertising: Google AdSense and Google’s advertising partners, where advertising is enabled on a page.
- Affiliate networks and referral partners: the networks and providers behind the offers we display, for click, registration and qualifying-action attribution, and — for pre-fill offers — the fields described above.
- Security and anti-fraud: our own server-side bot, invalid-traffic and velocity checks, plus Cloudflare’s network protections.
- Professional advisers: lawyers, accountants, insurers and auditors where reasonably necessary.
We may also disclose information to comply with law or legal process; to protect rights, safety and security; to investigate fraud or misuse; and during a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets.
Advertising and Google services
SurveyQueen may use Google AdSense and related Google services to display and measure advertising. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device identifiers and similar technologies for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and — where permitted — personalization. We do not pass Google any information Google prohibits publishers from transmitting as personally identifiable information. Advertising is not shown inside the offer-finder flow.
How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services
Whether advertisements appear after a consent choice, and what type they are, depends on your region, applicable law, your consent status, our Google settings, the consent platform in use, and Google’s current limited-ad and non-personalized-ad rules. We cannot promise that non-personalized advertising will always appear if you reject cookies.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use browser storage and cookies in the following categories. Nonessential technologies do not load before the required permission exists in regions where consent is required.
| Provider | Name | Purpose | Category | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| SurveyQueen | sq_consent_v1 | Stores your accept/reject cookie choice | Strictly necessary | Local storage, until cleared |
| SurveyQueen | sq_sid | Anonymous session identifier used to join your visit to your results and to attribute referrals | Strictly necessary / attribution | Local storage, until cleared |
| SurveyQueen | sq_src, sq_cid, sq_t0 | Publisher tags, click identifier and visit start time for referral attribution and fraud checks | Affiliate attribution | Session storage, until the tab closes |
| SurveyQueen | sq_prefill, sq_pin_layout, sq_pin_form | Remembers pre-filled form values and which page variant you were shown | Preference | Session storage, until the tab closes |
| Google Analytics 4 | _ga, _ga_* | Measures visits, interactions, errors and performance; loaded from our own domain | Analytics | Up to 2 years |
| Google AdSense | Google ad cookies and identifiers | Ad delivery, frequency capping, measurement, fraud prevention and — where permitted — personalization | Advertising | Set by Google; typically up to 2 years |
Affiliate networks and providers you click through to set their own cookies on their own domains. Google’s ad technologies load only on pages where advertising is enabled, and only after consent where consent is required.
Cookie choices
Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked before analytics or advertising technologies load; our default state denies ad storage, ad user data, ad personalization and analytics storage until a choice is made. You can accept, reject, or change your choice at any time from any page:
Sale, sharing and targeted advertising
We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising, analytics or affiliate disclosures may be considered a “sale,” “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some state privacy laws. Where required, we provide a method to opt out. You can opt out of advertising and analytics technologies using “Change cookie preferences” above, which also serves as our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information control, or by emailing hello@surveyqueen.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share.”
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal: when your browser sends GPC, we treat advertising and analytics storage as denied and do not show you a consent prompt asking to enable them. You never need to create an account to opt out. Referral links to providers you choose to click remain part of the service you requested.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected for:
- Offer-finder answers and signup records: 24 months from your last activity
- Email subscription records: until you unsubscribe, after which a limited suppression record is kept indefinitely so you are not re-added
- Affiliate and click-attribution data: 24 months
- Analytics information: retained per our Google Analytics setting, 14 months
- Session and funnel event data: 24 months
- Contact messages and correction requests: 24 months
- Privacy-request records: 24 months, or longer where law requires
- Security, fraud and invalid-traffic logs: 12 months
We may keep information longer where a legal obligation, dispute, investigation or enforcement of our Terms requires it.
Security
SurveyQueen uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encrypted transport, row-level database access controls, restricted administrative access and server-side abuse detection. No system can guarantee absolute security. To report a security concern, email hello@surveyqueen.com with the subject “Security.”
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and whether a particular law applies, you may have the right to know or access personal information; correct inaccurate information; delete information; obtain a portable copy; opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; withdraw consent; appeal a denied request; and receive equal service without unlawful discrimination.
To submit a request, email hello@surveyqueen.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Write from the email address you previously submitted where possible. Verification: we match the requesting address against our records and may ask for limited additional information (for example the approximate date of submission or the ZIP code provided) — we will not ask for sensitive identity documents. Authorized agents may submit a request with written permission from you, and we may contact you to confirm it. We respond within the period required by applicable law. If we deny a request you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject “Privacy appeal”; a different reviewer will consider it and respond in writing. Some requests are subject to legal exceptions, such as records we must keep for fraud prevention, security, tax or legal compliance.
Marketing choices
You can unsubscribe using the link in any promotional email. We never charge a fee, require a login, or ask for more information than is reasonably necessary to process an unsubscribe. We keep a suppression record so an unsubscribed address is not unintentionally re-added.
Children’s privacy
The SurveyQueen offer finder is intended for US residents aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information through the offer finder from children under 13. If we learn that information was collected from a child in a manner prohibited by applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Third-party websites
SurveyQueen links to third-party survey panels, research platforms, reward services, assistance resources and other providers. When you leave SurveyQueen, the third party’s own privacy policy and terms apply, and we do not control how they collect or use information you submit directly to them. Review a provider’s privacy policy before providing personal or sensitive information.
International visitors
The offer finder is intended for US residents aged 18 or older, while our guides and reviews may be read internationally. Information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the site from another country, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection law may differ from your own. Availability of any panel or opportunity varies, and guides written for one country may not apply elsewhere.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in law, technology, services or business practices, and we update the “Last updated” date when we make a substantive change. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before applying a material change.
