MindField Online is a US survey panel that pays in cash rather than points. Its help center states the cash-out minimum plainly: once you have earned $5.00 you can request payment from the member page.
The catch is at the other end. MindField's own 'how it works' page says empanelment is by invitation, so acceptance is not automatic, and the panel publishes no per-survey rate.

Once the balance reaches $5.00, you confirm your mailing and email address and request payment. The help center says payment is then processed within one to two weeks depending on the day the request is submitted.
Holding the balance in dollars is a real advantage. There is no points currency to convert and no exchange rate that quietly changes.
Invitation-only membership
MindField states that empanelment is by invitation, followed by an activation email you must click to finish setting up the account. If the activation email does not arrive, it will be in the spam folder.
Because membership is gated, treat any page promising instant guaranteed acceptance with suspicion.
Costs and safety
Joining is free. MindField's FAQ says it will never ask members for money and advises treating any company that charges a fee to join a panel as suspect — sound advice that applies across this whole category.
