Pamela is the editor of SurveyQueen and the person responsible for the payout research published here. She has been signing up to survey and rewards panels since 2016, first as a side income while working shift hours, and later as the full-time job of researching and testing them properly.
Her method is simple and deliberately boring: register with a real profile, complete surveys the way an ordinary member would, request the cash-out, and record what the panel paid, how long it took, and how often screen-outs wasted her time. If a panel never pays her, we say so.
She writes the guides, reviews payout thresholds and redemption terms on a regular schedule, and answers reader mail personally. Reviews that were not tested first-hand are researched from current provider documentation and published terms, and say so.

- Every factual guide and review carries a “Sources and verification” block linking to the tax authority, regulator, research association or provider documentation behind the claim, with the date it was checked.
- Affiliate relationships never change a rating, and are disclosed on the page where the link appears.
- Corrections are published on the corrections page rather than edited away silently.
